1. Overview

Eligible purchases of the 14-Day Personal Operating System include a 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee applies to the course package, including access to the Implementation Club, and is subject to the timing and process below.

2. Purchases made before 14 September 2026

For a purchase completed before the first course week becomes available, the refund window begins on 14 September 2026. It ends at 11:59 pm New Zealand time on 13 October 2026. This is a 30-calendar-day period with 14 September counted as day 1.

3. Purchases made on or after 14 September 2026

For a purchase completed on or after 14 September 2026, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days beginning on the purchase date, with the purchase date counted as day 1. The request must reach us before 11:59 pm New Zealand time on day 30.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] before the applicable deadline. Include the purchaser’s name, purchase email, order details and a clear statement that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day guarantee. No explanation is required, although optional feedback is welcome.

5. Refund amount and processing

An approved guarantee refund covers the amount paid for the course, returned to the original payment method where practicable. Bank, card or currency-conversion timing is controlled by the payment provider. We do not reimburse separate costs you chose to incur, such as equipment, software, internet access or foreign-exchange charges.

6. Effect of a refund

Once a refund is approved, course, download, account, community and Implementation Club access may be ended. You must stop using and distributing course materials. Clauses intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property and conduct obligations, continue to apply.

7. Implementation Club

The Implementation Club is included in the course package and is not a separately purchased recurring subscription. Ending or changing Club participation alone does not create a separate partial refund outside this policy or rights available under law.

8. Consumer rights

This guarantee is additional to rights and remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 and other applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for a material failure to supply promised digital content or services.
