This Privacy Policy explains how MindWay Psychology Limited collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Survive Live Thrive website, the 14-Day Personal Operating System, and related services, including our community, emails, events, and support channels.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through survivelivethrive.life, the 14-Day Personal Operating System, our community features, live educational events and webinars, customer support communications, and marketing and email communications connected with this business.

This Privacy Policy does not govern your relationship with MindWay Psychology as a clinical psychology practice or with any separate professional education business. Course-business data is handled separately from clinical client records.

2. Privacy Officer and Contact Details

Our Privacy Officer is Phillip Louw. If you have a privacy question, want to access or correct your personal information, or want to make a complaint, please contact us at [email protected].

3. Information We Collect

We may collect first and last name, email address, billing address, country, account and login details, purchase and transaction records, payment-related information provided through payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, course enrolment and completion data, community posts and wins, webinar and live event attendance information, customer support messages, information about your interactions with our emails, pages, offers, and services, and technical and usage information such as browser, device, operating-system, cookie, analytics, and IP-related data where collected through our website, hosting, analytics, or advertising tools.

We do not intentionally request mental health information, worksheet-style disclosures, or other sensitive clinical information as part of this course. However, users may voluntarily share personal or sensitive information in community areas or messages. If they do, that information may be collected and stored as part of those interactions.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information when you visit our website, purchase or enrol in the course, create or use an account, join the community, attend a webinar or live Q&A, sign up for emails or launch updates, contact us for support, interact with our pages, checkout, emails, or ads, or post content in community spaces.

We may also collect some technical information automatically through website infrastructure, cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may collect and use personal information to provide access to the course and related services; process purchases and manage transactions; authenticate users and maintain account security; operate the community and live educational events; send service emails, account notices, newsletters, launch communications, and promotional emails where permitted; respond to enquiries and provide support; improve our website, course experience, content, offers, and communications; understand engagement and page performance; maintain business records; prevent fraud, misuse, abuse, piracy, unauthorised access, or other harmful activity; and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

6. Email Marketing and Communications

If you sign up for our emails, purchase the course, register for an event, or otherwise provide your details, we may send you service and transactional emails, course-related notices, newsletters, launch communications, and promotional emails and updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting [email protected].

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you non-promotional service messages related to your purchase, account, or support request.

7. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

We may receive transaction-related information such as confirmation of payment, billing details, product purchased, or limited payment metadata, but we do not intend to store your full payment card details ourselves unless required through a processor workflow we directly control.

Your payment information is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant payment processor.

8. Community and User-Generated Content

If you participate in community areas, comments, posts, or wins, the information you choose to share may be visible to other members.

You should avoid posting confidential, highly sensitive, clinical, health, or other personal information that you would not want others to see.

While we may moderate the community and remove inappropriate content, we cannot guarantee that other members will keep information you voluntarily share confidential.

You remain responsible for the content you post.

This may include tools such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook advertising tools, and built-in features of our course or website platform.

Some cookies or tracking technologies may be strictly necessary for the site or platform to function. Others, such as analytics or advertising cookies, may be non-essential.

Where required by applicable law, we may seek consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

If you are in the UK or Europe, you may also have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, which can include rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability in some circumstances.

If you ask us to delete information, we will delete what we reasonably can, unless we need to keep certain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legitimate business record purposes.

Some third-party processors, such as payment providers, may also retain information under their own legal and compliance obligations.
