This policy applies to our website, funnels, course, Implementation Club, emails and related services. Last updated: 27 August 2026.
1. Who we are and scope
Survive Live Thrive is operated by MindWay Psychology Limited (NZBN 9429046142153), New Zealand. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, privacy laws in other jurisdictions.
2. Privacy contact

3. Information we collect
• Identity and contact information: first name, surname if provided, email address and account details.
• Transaction information: products purchased, price, currency, date, order status and refund history. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored by us in full.
• Course and community information: progress, posts, questions submitted for Q&As, participation in Build Weeks, correspondence and support enquiries.
• Marketing information: subscription status, preferences, campaign source and engagement with emails.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, referral information, cookie identifiers and consent choices, together with behavioural interaction data such as clicks, mouse movement, scrolling and funnel/page activity where optional analytics tracking has been accepted.
4. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, purchase, create an account, participate or contact us; automatically through our website and consented cookies or tracking technologies; and from service providers that host, process payments, send email, deliver the course, provide website or funnel analytics, measure behavioural interactions, or measure advertising.
5. How we use information
• provide the free training, course, Implementation Club and account access;
• process purchases, refunds and service communications;
• administer monthly Q&As, quarterly Build Week sprints and recordings;
• send marketing where permitted and manage unsubscribe requests;
• secure, troubleshoot, analyse and improve our website, funnels, user experience and services;
• analyse website and funnel usage, and measure campaigns and advertising, only where the required cookie consent has been given; and
• comply with law, resolve disputes and enforce our terms.
6. Legal bases where required
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, consent, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, and compliance with legal obligations. We rely on consent for non-essential analytics and advertising cookies or tracking technologies, and you may withdraw that consent for future processing.
7. Email and direct marketing
When you request the free training, we provide immediate access and email the training link. If the form clearly states that we will also send occasional information about the 14-Day Personal Operating System, submitting the form records that request. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe method. Service and transaction messages may still be sent when necessary to provide what you requested.
8. Course, community, Q&As and recordings
Questions submitted for group Q&As may be edited, anonymised or generalised before use. Live sessions or sprints may be recorded where reasonably possible. We will provide reasonable notice when a session is to be recorded. Avoid sharing sensitive information about yourself or others. Group content may be visible to other participants, and we cannot guarantee their conduct.
9. Cookies, consent, analytics and advertising technologies
Our funnel uses essential cookies needed for security, consent memory and operation. It also uses optional analytics and advertising technologies, including Cellcath and the Meta Pixel, to understand funnel use and measure campaign results. These non-essential technologies are configured so that their tracking requests are not sent unless the visitor selects Accept All.
On a fresh visit, the banner offers Accept All and Accept Only Essential. Continuing without choosing is not treated as consent to non-essential tracking. Selecting Accept Only Essential, rejecting optional cookies, or making no choice means Cellcath tracking should remain blocked and Meta PageView, Lead, InitiateCheckout and Purchase events should not be sent from the browser. Selecting Accept All permits the optional analytics and advertising technologies described below.
Cellcath analytics. If you select Accept All, Cellcath may collect and process information about how you interact with our funnel, including pages visited, clicks, mouse movement, scrolling, browser/device information, IP address and related technical or usage information. We use this information to understand funnel behaviour, identify usability issues and improve our website and funnel performance. Cellcath remains blocked if you select Accept Only Essential or make no choice.
Cellcath is operated by Current Digital Marketing, LLC and states that its service uses US-based infrastructure. Information processed by Cellcath is subject to its own privacy practices. See https://www.cellcath.com/privacy.
When non-essential tracking consent is given, the Meta Pixel may send PageView, Lead, InitiateCheckout and Purchase events, together with page and browser information and, for a purchase, transaction parameters such as currency USD and the purchase value (currently 447 for the standard offer tested on 8 August 2026). Event values may change if our actual checkout price changes.

To change a choice, use any cookie-settings control we make available. If one is not available, clear cookies/site data for survivelivethrive.life and revisit the page. Choosing Accept Only Essential on a fresh visit blocks the optional analytics and advertising technologies described above. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not undo processing that occurred while consent was valid.
10. Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to providers that host our funnels and course, manage contacts and email, process payments, provide video/community tools, protect site security, provide website or funnel analytics, behavioural measurement and diagnostics, supply professional advice, or support advertising measurement after consent. We disclose only what is reasonably needed and require appropriate contractual or other safeguards where applicable.
11. Overseas processing and Privacy Principle 12
Some providers, including LeadConnector/our funnel platform, payment, email, video, Cellcath and Meta services, may process information outside New Zealand, including in the United States or other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Cellcath states that its service uses US-based infrastructure. Those countries may have different privacy protections. Where New Zealand Information Privacy Principle 12 applies, we use a permitted basis such as comparable safeguards, an agency covered by the Privacy Act, or informed authorisation where appropriate.
12. Payments
Payments are processed by connected payment providers. We receive transaction and status information but do not intend to store complete payment-card details. Your payment provider’s privacy terms also apply.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
14. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including course delivery, account administration, tax and accounting obligations, dispute handling and legal claims. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable. Cookie durations are shown above; other periods depend on the record and applicable law.
15. Access and correction
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access or correction, subject to lawful exceptions. Contact us using the email above. We may need to verify identity.
16. Additional rights for UK/EEA individuals
Where applicable, you may have rights to erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. These rights are subject to legal limits and exemptions.
17. Children
The website and course are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. Do not provide a child’s personal information without lawful authority.
18. Public and group content
Information you choose to post in a community or say in a live group space may be seen or copied by other participants. Do not post confidential, clinical or third-party information unless you have the right to do so.
19. External links
Third-party sites and platforms have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
20. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, providers, cookies or services. The latest version and date will be published on our website. Material changes will be highlighted or notified where appropriate.
