WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
survivelivethrive.life and associated funnel pages
These terms apply when you browse, submit a form or otherwise use the website. Last updated: 8 August 2026.
1. Acceptance
This website is operated by MindWay Psychology Limited. By using it, you agree to these terms. Separate Course Terms and Conditions apply to a purchase.
2. Website purpose
The site provides information, free educational training, marketing pages, course access and related forms. Content may be updated without notice.
3. No therapy or professional relationship
Website use, form submission or viewing free training does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support or individual professional advice and does not create a psychologist–client or other professional relationship.
4. Eligibility
The site is intended for people aged 16 or older. Purchases require legal capacity and are intended for adults unless we expressly agree otherwise.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website text, graphics, videos, training, logos and downloads are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and use them personally for lawful, non-commercial educational purposes. No other licence is granted.
6. Prohibited use
• Do not copy, republish, sell or exploit protected content without permission.
• Do not interfere with site operation, security or access controls.
• Do not introduce malicious code, scrape at scale or impersonate another person.
• Do not use forms or communication tools for unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited material.
7. Forms and account information
Provide accurate information and use only contact details you are entitled to provide. The free-training form currently requests first name and email and states that immediate access and the training link will be supplied, together with occasional course information and an unsubscribe option.
8. User content
If you submit text, questions or feedback, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to respond, operate the service and, where appropriate, anonymise and generalise it for educational purposes. Do not submit confidential clinical details or content that infringes another person’s rights.
9. Educational content and no results
Content is general education. Examples and possible outcomes are not guarantees. See the General Disclaimer and Results Disclaimer.
10. External links
Third-party links and embedded services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, service providers, overseas processing, retention and your rights.
12. Cookies and Meta Pixel
The site uses essential cookies and, with consent, Meta advertising cookies. On a fresh visit you may choose Accept All or Accept Only Essential. Continuing without choosing is not treated as advertising consent. If you do not accept advertising cookies, browser-based Meta PageView, Lead, InitiateCheckout and Purchase events are configured not to be sent. The Privacy Policy contains the current cookie list and instructions for changing a choice.
13. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access. We may maintain, change or withdraw website features. This does not reduce obligations for purchased services.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use or reliance on general educational information. We do not exclude liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited.
16. Responsibility for unlawful use
You are responsible for loss we reasonably incur because of your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights or serious breach of these terms, except to the extent the loss is caused by us or the law provides otherwise.
17. Suspension
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, law enforcement, system integrity or serious breach.
18. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The latest version and date will be published on the site. Purchase terms are governed by the version accepted at purchase unless lawfully changed.
19. Law and jurisdiction
New Zealand law governs these terms and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights elsewhere.
